New Horizons Ireland have extremely professional team who have ability to help candidates with smooth testing experience. My examination slot reservation was at 10:00 AM and they allowed me to start at 09:40 AM, which was very helpful to achieve passing score. A special mention for Oxana who helped me navigate through my exam without any hassles and was very supportive to help with my requests. It was great testing experience and finding yourself on positive side is very motivating. Thank you for your time and help. :)
Very happy and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere with spacious and clean training rooms, bright and comfortable exam room. Tea and coffee facilities and balcony to sit out on and relax on breaks, bike rack in a safe location. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate surrounding area. Easy to get to using public transport, Luas to Jervis street and abundance of buses to quays and surrounding areas. 2 car parks around the corner. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend for all your training and exam needs 😁
I did my CCNA exam in this centre in 20 of Aug. I passed my exam but the day I had my exam, Exam room was very noisy, The guy next to me had an essay type exam, he typed very loudly and I lost my concentration. I would have gotten a better score if it was not the case. To be fair, The quality of mouse and keyboard were very low. that's why they made a lot of noise. Other issue, I was close to the door and people were going and coming every 5 minutes. To be fair, The reception area was good and you can make a coffee for yourself for free. One star for coffee!
