They packed my passport safely with a cover, so no worries about it getting banged up in the mail. I received my passport two days after the pickup day. Their staff is also helpful and responsive. I paid a pickup fee of $50 and shipping fee of $35. You can also provide them with a self-addressed, pre-paid envelope if you want. I had to get a visa for a business trip to China this fall and researched a number of agents that offer the service (since you can't mail your passport and application directly to the embassy).
