Very bad company. They don't answer the phone regarding support and they are expensive
Catastrophically bad and slow service (it takes at least a day, usually two before the support even returns) and add to that that it is difficult to reach. Also, they constantly bill incorrectly, don't know if it's a deliberate attempt to cheat their customers out of money or just ignorance. Dissuade anyone from using this company.
Expensive, poor service, nothing included in expensive contracts, but new costs are constantly added. Issue that arose when they updated backup routines (which cost extra) took 5 months to resolve and was then billed separately with high amounts.
