Offline Minus.... after a rather expensive acquaintance with Online Plus, my company Byg og Bevar Aps has lost a considerable amount over the half year they managed my marketing kroner and two website platforms. A sharp drop in new customer intake was the consequence of letting Online Plus manage the click budget, Facebook, Addwords etc. The director was nice to meet and despite two meetings where the issue was on the agenda, no noticeable changes took place, which is why I had to get an external company to analyze the reason for the poor effect. I chose to terminate the partnership with immediate effect and fortunately had not paid for a rescue plan that the director recommended. After the termination, the director responded in writing and locked my email account and has also been in my email inbox, shut down my website despite payment throughout 2019 for two websites Papiruld-Fyn and Byg og Bevar Aps. The director has had my namesake disable my domain names DNS which has also been paid for throughout 2019. They are exceeding Google Partner guidelines through their actions. Online Plus prides itself on being a Gazelle company, but in reality they only think about jumping high and forget the important service that creates loyalty.
