I've had the opportunity to work with Optimus through my company for about a year now! Every ticket I've submitted has been handled beautifully. The responses are quick, on point, and the support folks are incredibly kind and helpful. Most recently, I had an instance where I had misinformation about a certain process. When I reached out to Optimus, Jack was so kind and understanding. He walked me through the correct process patiently. At the end, he chose to double-check my computer settings to make sure the rest of the setup was correct. My experience with Optimus has always been fantastic.
