We had an excellent experience with Outsource Access - We are a US company in the southeast and worked with two VA's who provided excellent service. Would recommend!
DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS BUSINESS. Unethical, immoral, refuse to accept responsibility for their own failures. They make promises they dont keep, fail to deliver what they say. They charge you to recruit and interview with the public to source your perfect candidate and merely transfer incompetent staff internally and make you pay for it. They make you pay for holidays and entitlements even though they havent accrued any. Once you sign up, you are completely at their mercy and refuse to refund or repay the excess as they already have your money. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT.
