DesignOrka has everything you expect from an internet design agency and more ;) Both the contact with Mr. Łukasz and the final effect of the commissioned services remain at the highest level. I'm happy to give it a well-deserved 5 stars.
Parried delivers exceptional customer service. They promptly addressed my initial request and followed up to ensure the issue was resolved. I have reached out to them multiple times for troubleshooting assistance, and each time, they were prompt, friendly, and cooperative.
The Parried team rep (Matthew S.) verified my issue and informed me of my options after checking on the laptop warranty. He also communicated well via phone and email, and followed up after. He was professional and "rescued" me in my time of computer need. :)
