The Pn Automation team has done an excellent job developing mobile apps for the United States Marines Corps, Army, and Navy. They pride themselves on doing all that is required to get it right. Their progression in CMMI and their adoption of agile development methodologies has proven to be a benefit to both their organization and client deliverables
Pn Automation met the expectation in the coordination of activities within the development team, externally with the USAID mobile support team and the USAID O&M team during the deployment phase. Management clearly articulated to this team the importance of being customer-oriented ("never say no" attitude), and this was reflected in their engagement with the government
Pn Automation has done a very good job. The task order is for Scanning Services, which support Headquarters and the Field. The contractor has worked very vigilantly to ensure files are scanned within the requirements of the PWS and have ensured the confidentiality of all documents while supporting each answering multiple end user questions and concerns. Efficient and Effective!
