I took a Christmas gift in to be embroidered. Prairie Print said they could meet a pretty aggressive timeline (4 Business Days) with no problems. Upon picking up the product (it was completed on time), the embroidery was clearly crooked. After speaking with the owner, Jean Devins, not only did they refuse to fix the terrible job, they refused to refund any of my money because they, “only charged me half price in the first place, and typically don’t have timelines that short.” I don’t know why it was my lucky day to get charged half price and get the product early. Apparently, this company is okay with losing money and losing customers. I highly recommend against using them in any capacity.

Have worked with Prairie Print for more than 20 years. They consistently deliver quality screen printing and embroidery. They have invested in high-quality automated presses that allow them to handle any size job. I have had them print small runs of a couple of dozen shirts to several hundred and have always appreciated the attention to detail.They handle all my embroidery items as well. Prairie Print a second generation business that still offers a friendly approach to business.
