Our approach to IT support sets us apart from other IT service companies. We focus very heavily on executive-level planning and preventative maintenance in an effort to prevent outages, rather than taking the more traditional approach of waiting for systems to break then rushing to the rescue. This approach results in decreased overall IT expenditures while providing systems that are stable, secure, and powerful. The Praxis philosophy is one of proactive IT, rather than reactive IT.

I work for two companies that both use Praxis for our IT Support. Our relationship goes back at least 20 years and they have been GREAT to work with. I have no complaints and no plans of ever switching! All of the Praxis staff is always responsive, helpful and patient with all of my questions.

Not only do they make sure our firm is up-and-running on a day-to-day basis, but they are an integral part of our on-boarding process and I'd be lost without their support, understanding and most importantly - patience!
