I have been working with Produweb for video production for over 2 years. The team is particularly attentive to our needs and has always provided us with quality productions, as quickly as possible.
We were very well informed, helped and supported by Produweb despite the complexity of our files and the slowness of the procedures. Nothing to complain about, the customer service is also very responsive. In addition, their prices are very advantageous compared to the market. We recommend the agency without hesitation.
Dishonest person demands money several years later even though they have not done any work. They are giving you a formal notice to demand 250 euros for work that they did not do just because we supposedly ordered it. Please note that management has changed. Personally I find it deplorable after having paid more than 3000 euros for a site to end up with this kind of method to recover money I suppose it's going badly to get this far. I advise everyone not to work with them
