Amazing!! I had been to four other shops that said they couldn’t do my watercolor prints. Luke was super helpful and patient and I was able to get my prints in less then an hour for cutie fest!

I went here to get double-sided glossy paper 8.5 x 11 print-outs. They had many weight options for paper, which surprised me since it was glossy paper I needed. I waited in a short line, but it was fine because it moved fast enough. If I was in a rush it would’ve been more of an issue. Never print things when you’re in a rush because stuff tends to go wrong. Thankfully not this time though, probably because I wasn’t in a rush and I was at Professional Copy n Print, a truly professional establishment. I was concerned my papers would print wrong because I needed certain aspects to line up, but the man helping me said it would be fine and it was. I used the big paper cutter to cut my papers after which was convenient. It made a squeaky noise and was very sharp. I could have chopped off my finger, but I was careful not to. They have free wifi. I paid $13 for 12 double-sided and two 17x12 glossy pages. I don’t know if this is reasonable or expensive. Professional Copy n Print is iconic and very accessible from UW. It is family run and respectable. If you need to print something or do something with ink and paper I would stop by. If you don’t need to print something, I probably wouldn’t stop by because I don’t know how you’d occupy yourself.

Top notch equipment. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service and fast turnaround. I spent a stressful month working toward reprinting a twenty plus year old book for which I had no digital file. The day after I contacted them by phone, I had several perfect manuscripts and a complete, new PDF file on a thumb drive. Exceptionally quick, considerate, careful and responsive service!
