I've used Profile a couple of times and they have been great. I had some small finishing issues on one order, but Keaton went above and beyond to make it right. I definitely recommend them.
Profile Laser is as good as it gets, they worked with me to get exactly what I needed at an exceedingly reasonable price, cant recommend enough!
Profile Laser is a gem! I had a last minute request for my son’s birthday around the holidays and my experience from start to finish was professional, reliable, and pleasant. 1) Each time I called, a human answered my call and was polite and responsive; 2) I worked with Kit who was professional, walked me through the different options, asked the right questions to ensure the job was a success, and totally understood my quick turnaround request. He also walked me through how the parts were QC’ed. Great communication and flexibility. Would go to Profile Laser for all laser cutting needs in the future!
