Do not trust a single word these people tell you. We were told our block was going to be registered in June. Every time we call and ask how it is going we get the same answer 4-6 weeks. So we call back a month later, same answer 4-6 weeks. It’s now looking like our block won’t be ready for a minimum of 21 weeks after the first lot of dates we were told. I get stuff happens but they flat out lie to you. We asked if the road had been laid and the guy said yes, so we drove out there two weeks later and it had not been done at all. We were also told that the site office was moved from our block so we could get a soil test done and I drove out there a week later and the site office hadn’t been moved. I would be more accepting to all the issues if I wasn’t being constantly lied to. An absolutely appalling company.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Hemish Dekker to find our perfect block of land. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs & requirements to find what our family required. He was honest and extremely entertaining whilst we were in his company. I can highly recommend his services if you want to deal with someone who is trustworthy, polite, experienced along with some welcomed humour.

We have been dealing with Melissa at The Village in Jimboomba. We have found her to be extremely helpful. Nothing seems to be an issue. She goes over and beyond to answer any questions we ask. We haven’t had a negative experience at all. She even returns our phone calls the very same day. Well done Melissa you are awesome to deal with. 😁👍🏼👍🏼
