My experience with Radity was a nightmare and I want to share my story to warn others. This so-called IT company, which claims to be professional, turned out to be a den of fraudsters. Right from the start, Radity's big promises fell apart like a house of cards. Their clever sales rhetoric and claimed technological expertise are nothing more than a diversionary tactic for their deceptive practices. The level of unprofessionalism shown by this Swiss company is appalling. Communication, or rather lack thereof, was a constant source of frustration. Radity's response time was abysmal and it became painfully obvious that they don't care about their customers' concerns. Attempts to get clarification were met with evasion and left me in a sea of ​​unanswered questions. The most annoying aspect of this drama was the glaring difference between what was promised and what was delivered. Radity shamelessly sold illusions of competence and innovation, only to hand me a product that reeked of incompetence and sloppiness. The audacity to deceive without any remorse shows their lack of integrity. Looking back, working with Radity was like consciously falling into a trap. The financial and emotional toll of their fraudulent practices is something I wouldn't wish on even my worst enemy. This should serve as a clear warning to anyone considering doing business with Radity: exercise extreme caution or better explore more trustworthy alternatives.
