I highly recommend Rain Tech for all IT needs. The Owner and Engineers are top notch. Rain Tech answers their phones and responds to support email when support is needed. They follow through on completion of tasks and projects are as promised. This company has a passion for providing top notch IT service and support!

I work for a company based in Southern Oregon, and we were put in touch with Andrew and Matthew at Rain Tech because of some issues we've been having for the past 7 months. They spent a great deal of time talking with me and our IT guys trying to help us through the issue merely because they had had a similar issue with one of their clients, and they wanted to help us out if they could. They even checked in with me the next day to see how things were going. I don't know yet if they've managed to fix the problem, but their dedication and willingness to help us out spoke wonders to me. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who was even slightly considering them. They're very quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and they're incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very dedicated.
