I would like to keep it short and simple, if you are a good developer who can add some value to the work, and want to experience a good work culture, then Reckonsys might be one of best place to work.
First round of Interview went well.. i have answered all the questions. The problem is with the Package i asked. I just have asked 30% hike. I thought they were ok with that. later ther they called me and said.. you have very less knowledge & not shortlisted. I have 4.5 years of experience & worked with different companies. But these people judged me only because of Package issue. Very bad experience.I never suggest this company.
Amazing team we got the best support from them. Very much satisfied.
