Redhead Labs built our company a fantastic website. Alexis was our project manager and she could not have done a better job. Our company does large commercial construction and once the site was finished our inquiries for employment and work skyrocketed. I did extensive research before choosing Redhead Labs, interviewing several potential designers and now 6 months after completion we are still very happy with our website, the customer service, and the hosting services they provide for us. Thank You
I've been using different website and marketing companies since 2008 and I must say, Redhead Labs are not only the most professional but also the most interactive company I've ever worked with. In the past, I've had to wait days (even weeks) to get a resolution on my website but Redhead Labs, they are on t he ball and always very quick to respond . If you want a company who treats you like you are their most important client, call Redhead Labs!! You won't regret it. Jonna Chase, Owner Tulsa Clean Team
i needed an update for my business website, so i emailed the developer with questions. after not getting a response for 2 weeks i called the company. someone let me know the developer no longer works with them, but reassured me that they can have another developer fix the issues with the website. i mentioned to the person that i’m trying to be the most efficient with the hours we wanted to hire the developer for, so she asked me to email her the changes and she would ask the developer for an estimate. a MONTH goes by and i still don’t receive any contact or response from them. i follow up again and then two days later they ask to set up a call with a woman who “would be happy to talk over these items with me” and “get this updated!” so i assume i’m going to be talking to the developer on this scheduled phone meeting and receive an estimate. nope, it’s the owner with a horrible and unwelcoming attitude who is late for the meeting. it was ok that she was 10 minutes late, life happens. but at this point i am now aware that this is the first time she’s even reading my initial email with the list of website changes/issues. she said she had a few questions and as i was clarifying and answering them, all she can say are smart aleck remarks.
