One of the most impressive aspects of working with this web design company was their communication and project management skills. They maintained clear and open lines of communication from the outset, ensuring that we were always informed and involved in the process. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, and they were always receptive to feedback and suggestions. Additionally, they adhered to the agreed-upon timeline and delivered the final product within the specified deadline. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish, thanks to their professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction.
I had the honor of meeting Chris (owner of ReVend Group, LLC) to purchase my first soda machine and boy did we luck out. When you are buying a previously owned product, there can be a lot of anxiety around the purchase. Chris made the experience extremely pleasant. Not only wash easy to get in touch with but he was very helpful and patient as I learned the steps to owning and operating a vending machine. What really impressed me was Chris’ ability to still support us after the purchase was even made. Chris drove down to our site where our vending machine was placed to help my business partner and I set up the machine in terms of installing drinks, setting prices, loading/collecting the money, etc. He even recommended movers for us who moved our machine to the location at an affordable price. As the seller of the machine, Chris did not owe us that level of commitment to ensure we had a good experience AFTER the purchase. Some people will sell you something and be on their way but our experience with Chris has been filled with joy every step of the way. To this day, Chris still answers questions and is happy to talk through any new owner questions that my business partner and I have. Talking with Chris never feels like you are doing business with a random stranger, it feels like you are having a conversation with an older brother that wants to see you win. Our vending machine was launch was smooth and a day to remember for all of the right reasons because of Chris’ help. I will never shop with anyone else for a vending machine except Chris.
