I would highly recommend RockIT Fuel! A few weeks ago, I got the dreaded "blue screen of death" on my laptop. Originally I sought help from a large electronics store, and they were able to diagnose the issue as a failed hard drive. They installed a new hard drive in my laptop, but it was going to be a more intensive (and very expensive) process if I wanted to try and recover any information off the old one. This is when an acquaintance recommended RockIT Fuel, and I brought my failed hard drive to them for free diagnostics. Andrew was able to answer all my questions and provide a quote before moving forward, and after discussing things I felt very comfortable having him try the data recovery. Despite a highly damaged hard drive, he was able to recover nearly everything, including photos & videos that are very precious to me! He also did the recovery in a fraction of the time, and at a fraction of the cost (compared to the larger retailer). I am tremendously grateful for Andrew's expertise and help with this situation.
