We are a non-profit serving the veteran and military community. When we started this process, I didn't know what I didn't know. Now I do. For the past 2 years, we've worked with "highly qualified Salesforce volunteers" who as it turns out, really were not. Bob and Pete have done an outstanding job of fixing our mess. While still in the process of accomplishing our goals, we are able to use the software. Their solutions are wonderful. The result is a fully automated and customized database that tracks our constituents, donors, volunteers, and packs in "family care management". They are patient, kind, professional and understanding. They listen to hear, not just to respond. Once we finish up the software configuration, we will tackle our website. Really looking forward to that. Overall - 5+ stars for this team!

I have been working with Bob for YEARS now. He has set up 2 different websites for us and helped with countless updates and oddities that I couldn't understand. They are always helpful to this simple-minded, dual-business owner from translating emails for me from our Domain provider and guiding me to doing simple information updates on my own. Their professionalism in figuring out what works best for our needs, budget and growth has been indispensable.

Bob was so responsive and helpful with all my questions about implementation. He was able to provide references and lay out a clear plan for us. Although ultimately we decided Salesforce was not the best fit for our organization, I would definitely work with Bob again for my Salesforce needs!
