Absolutely outstanding customer service. I recently picked up an order of parts from their warehouse located in Houston. The staff I met with were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Server Monkey for your IT purchases. And will be looking forward to future purchases with an excellent Texas based company.
Spoke with John Perez last week told him exactly what I needed, he came back with several options we found just the right machine for me and got it drop shopped across the US and we were up and running the next day! THEN my customer moved the goal post and wanted 3 times the space again John came through for me and worked up a way to swap out the drives for minimal cost and we now have a happy customer! Love ServerMonkey!!
