After years of emailing to BEG them to turn of our licenses (we ran away from them back in 2019 when we had our first simple customer care question, still they simply CANNOT turn it off and we are still paying to them. Disgusting company disgusting service (non existent) (. RUN FAR AWAY from these un service minded people. There is simply NO ONE answering us. We tried email, linked in, calling etc - they don't answer us, only sending invoices.
