Not serious. You go to the interview and even after 3-4 months they don't let you know if you're not a candidate and then (3-4 years) they call you to offer you other "opportunities". When they were confronted, I was told not to generalize the experience based on one incident. The problem is that it was not one but several. I do not recommend working with this unserious company.

HR with close minded attitude, feeling superior, bossy, and time wasting. Not recommended.
