Based on his passion for technology and the modern artistry of business infrastructure, Francisco Martinez founded SimpleFly Tech in 2015. His vision was to support small to mid-sized businesses with technology that was right-sized for their needs but also served as an innovative and inspirational toolset to support their organizational missions.  Committed to providing sensible, effective IT solutions, Francisco and his team strive to keep technology simple—avoiding all the jargon and “geek speak” so IT becomes an enablement tool instead of a frustrating distraction.  Francisco’s love for technology began in his childhood. After moving from Mexico to Denver at a young age, Francisco grew up in the tough West Denver projects. His interest in art and technology helped him navigate through life’s challenges in those early days. By age 12, he was working at Arts-Street as a graphic design artist.  Francisco became the first in his family to graduate from college, and following that experience, took his passion for art and technology on road. After four years of teaching game development at universities such as Denver University, UCLA, Princeton, and Colorado State University, Francisco started teaching at a new Denver Charter School. That experience provided the launchpad for his journey toward SimpleFly Tech as he began to understand the pivotal role of technology in schools and nonprofits.    Today, Francisco is happily married and has two energetic, sassy Boston Terriers. When he’s not working with technology, he enjoys spending time outdoors, riding his mountain bike, and boxing. Francisco has served on the board for Re:Vision and as a mentor at Sheridan High School.
