Great company and interesting projects. Convenient office location (in the city center along the metro line). About leadership: they always meet people halfway and think adequately. Lots of different perks for employees. From the standard: free tea, coffee, milk, etc., a good social package. From the non-standard: inexpensive local lunches, a massage room right in your own building and CHAIRS!!! The most comfortable office chairs I've ever sat in!
