The approach to the customer is very important, if not the most important in cooperation between companies. Mr. Bartek Jaglarz answers phones or replies to text messages at any time, even on Sundays and holidays, if necessary. This speaks best about Skassa and I think there is no better recommendation for them. This does not mean that everything is always perfect, but every problem is always solved.
I know the company. Very reliable people with a professional approach to customer service, with high personal culture. I recommend PS. Mr. Maciej, if I were you, I would delete this inelegant and unfair entry. Someone can describe you like that too :)
I do not recommend the company, I placed an order for the lamp on August 18. The order was canceled and I am still asking for a refund, and you are on vacation and you have already ordered it. It's September 12 and there's still no money in the account!!!?
