I'm a happy Snupit Pro, I've been with them for 2 weeks and I've already received 3 leads. Thanks my business is growing.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I used one of the companies they recommended ENNOS WALL ROOF PAINTING PROJECTS. The company quoted me, I accepted. Once I accepted the quote I asked him to come for a site visit so we can Confirm the price. He came took measurements and we agreed, he then promised me that he job will be done in two days once the deposit is paid, I paid the deposit and they started working. A day after they started, the guy comes to me and asks me for more money saying materials went up and all that. I gladly paid it and added a little more extra out of my generosity Until today the job isn’t done after almost 3 weeks and I fully paid the company. I contacted SNUPIT for help and emailed them all my conversations between me and the company, sent them proof of payment and after days and days of waiting they come to me with some “the service provider is disputing what I told them”. Did they expect him to say yes she’s right, We didn’t do a great job, we didn’t finish???? After wasting all my time sending them emails, sending them all the proof I could still they couldn’t help.

I am a service provider registered on Snupit, and here are the issues : Snupit side : - lead requests come in hours after it went out and when you make contact with the lead, they already found someone. - in a few instances, when a lead does come through in time (You can view the time in the lead description), there are ALWAYS already 2 to 3 professionals who happened to purchase the lead within a few short minutes. Leads : - These need to be verified - Had several people ask for quotes, meanwhile, they wanted to deliver the services themselves. - Anyone who says contact them between certain times is a waste of money/credits. ONE positive from Snupit : Requesting your credits back for a lead that never got back to you, has never been disallowed.
