The day that I entered Sourcefit, I knew that there’s something special about this company. Since day one, I've noticed how they welcome me, how they teach me, and how they are really friendly to me. This is the first time that I feel that kind of connection with people after all the traumas I experienced in the past. I never knew that this time would come, and with the help of Sourcefit, I overcame my doubts and fears about working and socializing with people around me.

January 2022 when I started here in Sourcefit and it’s been almost 2 years now. I was WFH at first, but the client requested to move me on site after pandemic restrictions have been lifted in our country. I am away from home, but I met new friends in the office and the Sourcefit staff are approachable and friendly. The office is always clean and tidy, painted in orange that reflects the fun and positive environment. I feel comfortable and more supported than I ever have before. They even upgraded the specs of my computer to suit the CAD/product design that we’re doing. Sourcefit genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. Indeed, it is really a great place to work with!

Way back in 2009 when I first started working here as a housekeeping and I only lasted for 2 years due to family issues that caused me to quit. It was a tough journey but that journey doesn’t stop there. It was in 2014 when I decided to try again and luckily, I got back from the company and all the good things started there, it feels like God redirecting your path leading you to great success in the right time. Since that year, I’m very thankful for the amazing colleagues I have met that have become friends for life and so as the new opportunity that came to my door as they offered me a new work position to work into. From housekeeping to office staff. It was a memorable moment for me as you get to see your own success together with the company from small to big as they continue to rise.
