I lived at Coronado Bay Club between Feb 2022 and Jun 2023. It's not a brand new complex, but I had a wonderful time here. I see complaints from newer "luxury" complexes having paper thin walls and I couldn't hear anything from my neighbors here. I was so grateful for the lack of noise. Management was very responsive to issues and when needed, maintenance was quick and communicated well with me. The facilities like the pool and gym were nice and maintained well. I would definitely recommend living here.

been living here going on 12 years. am very comfortable. no hassles with the neighbors & the staff is very nice & polite. I'm looking forward to staying here for a while. just lost my husband recently so hoping my rent won't go up too high. other than that, as I said, am satisfied with the apt., neighbor's & the staff in the office.

When viewing the property the it was a pleasant tour.... The unit that I viewed was extremely nice I love the upgrade... I went through the application process was accepted and my unit was nice and clean and it was it's the same as I pictured when I did the tour.... And the manager energy was great very outspoken nice and pleasant young lady and now I am a resident with Stout Property...
