I am now a loyal SVH customer. Last year we sat with Ruzan as she designed and customized the most amazing Spain vacation ever! She even made dinner reservations for us. She read our minds when it came to our specific travel needs. This year we went back to Ruzan for our 25th anniversary Italy vacation. She remembered our preferences and chose flights and hotels accrodingly. She booked our tours, train tickets, transfers etc. She made recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. It was absolute perfection as far as vacations are concerned. Next year, France? Greece? Croatia? Not sure! All I know is Ruzan will be planning it.
