New initiatives, if they are are to begin, develop and grow, need a mix of talent, inspiration and leadership. Developing the Sustainable Irish Retail Action (SIRA) e-guide was an industry first. When we approached TapCreative with an idea to create a practical guide that would help retailers become more sustainable in their businesses, we had a concept but we didn’t have a brand or a visual identity. The team at TapCreative eagerly took on the challenge to design and build that identity for SIRA and to subsequently bring the SIRA guide to life. Sustainability is a complex and daunting topic for many and it took the talented skillset of the team to visually make what is complex very simple! The team went above and beyond, not just in designing the guide itself but in supporting key elements of the guide through their expertise in sustainable retail design. TapCreative’s attention to detail and support throughout the project ensured that we have a support tool for the retail community that is simply and sustainably one of a kind. The team are true leaders in their field.

Tap are refreshing to work with, purpose led (right up our alley), doing great work on brand, environment and experience. They have worked with Mantra and some of our clients to bring their brands and spaces to life full of character and personality. We have worked on campaigns and brand thinking together and I would highly recommend them.

Tap sponsored the design and refurbishment of our boutique on Ellis Quay during 2021. Niamh, Conor and the team were absolutely amazing to work with. They listened carefully to our needs and came up with a beautiful design that turned the whole space into a welcoming and professional environment which we are very proud of. We support women on their journey back to work. Our clients and volunteers have been very impressed with the new space.
