Simple requests have not been met for months. The support simply does not want to deal with the time model and therefore understand it. As soon as changes are made, other/new errors creep in. Points that were promised at the beginning cannot now be implemented. Unfortunately everything is very disappointing and time-consuming.

EDIT: Reviews are taken seriously. This was followed by a call and a consultation regarding my questions and concerns. We have been using TimeTac ever since. It would be nice if it didn't require a public criticism (review) ;-) ORIGINAL RATING: Based on the 30-day trial subscription, I would really rate the product as top. However, the customer service leaves more than to be desired. Initially, all outstanding questions were answered by email, but after I politely declined the offer of a 15-20 minute telephone sales consultation, they apparently are no longer really interested in concluding a contract. Apparently, as a small business, we are literally too small to be taken seriously as a customer.
