Gabrielle is very professional , well organized and planned for trips . She tries her best to satisfy her clients in regards to travel . She’s very knowledgeable and does her research on various trip destinations. She gets the best prices for trips and considers a good budget for trips . I love this travel agency it’s one of the best and I don’t regret traveling with tourismandtales!

This was my first time traveling outside of the country and I am so grateful that my friend gave me the information to contact Gabrielle at Tourisms and Tales. She set everything up for us, was patient with our million and one questions, multiple changes, including changes requested at the last minute. She also went over and beyond to help us with a passport issue, although that was not a part of her job. I could tell she wanted us to enjoy our trip, probably even more than we did...lol. Excellent communication, professional, individual attention, and attention to detail, is friendly, and kind. I cannot mention that she was so patient enough.
