I have joined Tringapps as Business Development Trainee 5 months back and I assure you that this is a fantastic place to learn and develop professionally to world-class standards. I have had an immense amount of support from the VP, Senior Director, HR team as well as my senior managers to date. The only change I would like to see is the time of payment, it would be awesome if we get paid on the last week of every month instead of the first week of every month.

I joined Tringapps in September 2021 and I had an awesome time working with my team, managers, Directors, HR, and management. Tringapps offers a workspace where individuals take responsibility on their own. You get to interact with different people and teams so that we can understand each other and build an equal space. Also, the compensation structure is very good along with other benefits. The only thing I had difficulty adapting was the US shift timing.

I joined tringapps two years back after a lot of hesitation (reading the reviews). So far I like the company and my work and I did not see many of the things mentioned in the reviews so far. Pros: Good pay, good hike, flexible work hours and good opportunity to work on latest technologies. When impacted with corona, they supported me and my colleagues very much. Improvement: They need to work on cab facility when employees leave late for the day and can also provide lunch coupons.
