Underside is very much in the vein of Apple while having its own identity. This Gosselies company reminds me of the creation of Apple and its Universe of applications described by Isaac Watson when he talks about Silicon Valley. You feel good there as soon as you enter and even better when you start chatting with the Undersiders. I am convinced that if a company wants to go digital, it must go Underside.

To profit on a long run, this company has a very misleading way how to nail you with a 5 year contract that you never saw it. I have contacted this company in Nov last year . I received a visit from an associate who then asked me to sign a Devis to proceed with the arrangement! I told him that I wanted to see the contract and he said he will send it to me in the next few days. Never saw the contract! From Nov until January I have not heard from them. In January, all of a sudden, they called and said that I have signed a contract of 5 years which I did not want! Then, I received an invoice without having anything installed in my restaurant. Bottom line, they are only interested in your signature and with it a contract of 5 years. These business methods are unacceptable in a country in the heart of Europe.
