Noticed that the $20 hold on my account for ONE printed document never dropped off and posted for the ACTUAL cost, which was only $2. Checked all the other times I’ve printed using this 3rd party company via UPS and sure enough I have a total of $60 withdrawn from my account for 3 printed docs totaling less than $10. Called this company and they say the issue is with UPS and of course UPS says the issue is with UniGuest. Had to end up filing 3 bank disputes, what a hassle but glad I noticed…I don’t have $60 to just give away.
This review is solely for the accounting department. They never answer the phone or return voicemails/emails.our billing has been incorrect every month and they can’t seem to get it right.
I thought I was the only one dealing with this, but after looking through the reviews, its not just me. The billing department is incompetent. They will duplicate bill the heck out of you, and when you point it out, they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. They bill service in two year increments, but bill you every year for two years. Never get it resolved and just expect you to pay or get your service disconnected. I only use them because my franchise requires me to, but if you are voluntarily seeking this companies services, look elsewhere or it will be a nightmare.
