I have worked with Walden for a little over a year now and loved every minute of it. I love the flexibility, the variety of work, the pay is pretty great, and I’ve met some great healthcare professionals. I’ve been able to network with the travel and of course the mileage reimbursement helps with that! Casey and Jonathan have went above and beyond to make sure that my needs and wants for myself and my family have been met and exceeded. They go way above what a normal owner or manager would and I love that if I have a problem or an issue arises that I can comfortably call any one of the leadership team. I hope to stay working alongside them for many years to come including into expansion. There is a reason we were voted number one in Wichita!!

As a nurse, I was super nervous to start working for an agency. Jonathan, Casey, and their schedulers have made the transition so easy! They have a ton of facilities they work with so finding shifts is no problem at all. They also take pride in sending quality Healthcare workers to help out in the facilities who need help with staffing.
