We are a flooring contractor that from time to time is tasked with implementing the installation of complex design elements initiated by adventurous architects. Whether resilient or ceramic, Waterjet Works always meets or exceed the client's expectations, which isn't easy. They also provide the installer with the instructions necessary to complete the task in a timely and stress-free manner. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff to work with.
I had a great experience working with Waterjet Works! They did everything they could to help me get an awesome result! Even with a tight timeline. I have already recommended it to some of my colleagues. Customer care was great and super responsive; received drawings for approval very fast; lead time was short; they worked with me (the designer) and the client to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend!
We have used WaterJet Works on several projects and have been very please with the quality and service that they have provided to us. From the quoting and designing process to the end product WaterJet Works is wonderful to work with, and I look forward to working with them again.
