Max did a great job for our stonemason company. We were not easy customers and he advised us very patiently and came up with many ideas that fit our ideas. The handover at the end could have gone better (tutorials or hand-over documentation so that we could make changes more easily ourselves, without IT knowledge), but we collectively defined this insufficiently at the beginning of the order placement. PS: if you enter a not so good review here, you will receive a letter from a lawyer. Unfortunately, I find that to be excessive, even if a query or a direct message would have done the job. A pity!
Mr. Prügner is simply outstanding! Since he has been looking after our company homepage www.skv-kabel.de, we have had no more disruptions or problems. His accessibility is impressive - you can always reach him. He implements any necessary changes in minutes and does so in an extremely straightforward manner.
