We love our experiences with this printer. They do all the principle printing for my company and I have nothing but great things to say about their product and their service team.
We've used West Press for all of our marketing mailers and postcards and they have always gone above and beyond our expectations. I enjoy working with them because they are very prompt in getting things done and will always stay in touch until the project is finished. Even though they are a company in another state (our business is in Texas) I feel like they are very good friends of ours because they treat us respectfully and they show us care and consideration that goes a long way, even when we have personal mailers we ask them to do for us (wedding invitations).
