October 2023 I submitted my application with Patiance at weststaff and I must say she was amazing. She was able to find me a job within a few days hired permanently through the company vermillion where I enjoy going to work everyday and the environment. I have told all my friends that need help looking for a job to go and see Patiance do to her professionalism and understanding.

I applied sometime last year I think around summer time but didn’t have my birth certificate and so we couldn’t continue with the job offer at that time. Didn’t think much of it since there’s other jobs that don’t require that and I do have my social security card just not the birth certificate, anywho I’ve since attempted to reapply and keep getting a pop up saying I needed to wait 6 months. I figured enough time has passed and tried again today and got the same pop up. So I called and now it’s said I have to wait til July of this year, I’m more confused than anything as to what went wrong on my behalf or there’s a glitch in the system maybe? Aside from that I’ve heard great things which is why I applied in the first place.

From the very beginning of my experience with this employment agency I was met with professionalism, kindness and respect. It is great when a company can reflect all of these. The application (online) was easy to navigate as well as the steps that were necessary after the interview took place. Robert was my first contact with this company and his phone call to schedule an interview was very positive. Upon arrival to my interview, I was greeted by Jennifer and she was very kind, also. Patiance Cunningham, the staffing manager, led me through my interview and was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The outcome was a success. Overall, I highly recommend this company for employment needs.
