I had the pleasure of having Wise IT work on a laptop computer for us. They were able to give a precise quote over the phone with a minimal amount of questions. The laptop was dropped off at their opening at 8:30am and even with some minor surprises with the needing to defragment the computer, change to a solid state hard drive and add more RAM, the work was completed in a short amount of time. We cannot afford much downtime. So while we were out showing the work was completed in time for us to make an offer right after showing.
