I have been traveling the world for about 40 years and I must say the care to detail, personal care, patience in answering all of my questions has been unmatched. From start to finish, I felt at ease (even doing this pandemic) that our concerns were heard, our request was adhered to and any and all needs provided. From tips on packing, traveling, tours, etc., were offered before asked. Grateful for such a great time in my destination of Costa Rica as well as grateful for the professionalism of Merezon for her clients. We will definitely be using her services again (hopefully soon.

Reliable and dependable 10/10 : on multiple occasions I called her having an emergency she answered with no hesitation and helped me every inch of the way ! This was my first time going through a travel agent and I must say that she will be my go-to moving forward. Ms. James was patient, detailed, helpful, trustworthy, and just a pleasure to work with. She assured all dots were connected, pre, during and post vacation. Her checkins were appropriate and she had no problem making calls or sending emails when necessary.
